About Nosh By Josh. My small business was founded in 2015 on the principle of providing family-style catering that is accessible without any frills or hidden costs. My approach ensures tasty and beautifully made food served in large quantities. I specialize in charcuterie grazing tables and Filipino cuisine but can customize menus based on dietary needs, allergies, or preferences.

From meal prep plans for gyms, to creating menus and preparing hot daily lunches for private schools, I can create and make catering on any scale. For events anywhere between 20 - 400 guests, I can make it happen! 

While many of my clients have requested items from my Filipino-based menu, I have experience with curating Asian-inspired, Spanish-inspired, and Western menus. Tell me what you like and I'll give you ideas!
